How does it work?


Our process to create and deliver the best decor & design to you:

Step 1:

Reach out to us via :

Step 2:

We confirm a date and if it works for you, we will send ​you our design catalog & color catalog for you to ​make some selections.

  • Inquire about your desired date for the ​event
  • Be very specific with your vision
  • Send us inspiration pictures
  • Ask questions!

Step 4:

Once the deposit has been received, a mockup of you ​chosen design will be created. This is a time for you to ​be very specific and guide us to make changes or ​tweaks of the design to your liking.

Step 3:

Once we have those selections, allow us to set up a ​phone or zoom call. Here we will discuss design, ​delivery & install specifics and provide a preliminary ​budget & non-refundable deposit amount.

Step 5:

Once we finalize your design, a payment schedule will ​be created for the balance of your services and we ​will start preparing for your event and install.

Our Rentals

Our Chiara Panels can be rented as a trio, couplet or ​individually. Please note panel colors can be customized to fit ​with color scheme, but is subject to additional costs

Height of of panels: L- 7ft; M- 6.5ft; S- 4.7ft

Our Golden Balloon Hoop is a statement piece that can be adorned with ​greenery, flowers or balloons to add a special touch to any event. .

Photobooth

Our luxe, stationary Photo Booth captures the most amazing Images, Gifs, ​Boomerangs, and Videos for you and your guests to enjoy.

Your “guest interface” can be customized to the theme of your event, to include photos, your hashtag, etc.

Backdrops

We offer a plethora of unique and functional backdrops, as well ​as stand rentals. Our backdrops work great for photo areas, in ​your venue, or as a way to highlight a head or sweetheart table.

Pricing & Investment

You may notice, we don't have a "pricing list". Pricing for our services is dependent on many factors, to include, but not limited to: size of install, allotted install time, event time, event ​location, props or rental requested, type of service, etc.


However the Twelve 3 & Co. team will work with you to find options that meet your budgeting needs.


All prices estimates are subject to change prior to the delivery of the formal invoice to the client. Changes are made for a variety of ​reasons, not limited to: shipping costs, time constraints as it relates to the event date and/or set-up timing, revisions in design ​requested by client, availability of products, number of guests for said event and associated travel costs.

Balloon Basics :

  • Before considering install type, keep in mind that ​materials often have to be purchased in multiple sizes ​(balloons) and shipping costs will be factored in when ​creating your deposit amount
  • Florals, greenery, signage and special backdrop ​request are considered “add-ons” and also have to ​factored into your deposit amount.


Balloon Installs:

  • We offer a variety of install types that can be ​customized to fit any and all venues.
  • Install costs only apply to the labor we deem ​necessary to create your desired look and do not ​include prop rentals, travel costs or materials.
  • Install prices start at $250

Table Decor Basics:

  • We enjoy customizing tablescapes that can enhance and match the ​theme and look of your event.
  • Table Decor can include but is not limited

to: napkins (cloth or paper), tablecloths, table runners, custom menus, ​custom programs, table numbers, centerpieces.

  • Table Decor costs only apply to the styling.
  • Materials needed to create the desired look are considered a ​separate cost.

What does "twelve 3" mean?

"Twelve 3" is a homage to a very integral date for us. We are the team formerly known as "Kurated by ​Kameryn." Everything we produce is a group effort, in some way, shape or form, and we wanted our ​name to reflect that...

Our Story...

We have always worked as a team (sometimes even throwing friends and family into the mix). 12/3 was our wedding date but ​also the date Dean and I decided to become partners again after trying a relationship for the second time. We made a ​commitment to love one another properly, nurture our passions together to grow and build the life we’ve always dreamed ​about. While we continue to do so, 12/3 is a perfect reminder of all of those things that keep us going. So the name ​encompasses us, our union, and our promise to support our dreams, together ❤️
